Joel Martinez (PhD, Princeton University; BS, University of Texas at Austin) is a Research & Insights Manager at City Square Associates.

He helps organizations and stakeholders better understand the people they serve and aspire to reach through clear, thoughtful, and values-driven research. With over a decade of experience designing surveys and experiments, building high-quality datasets, and implementing advanced quantitative analyses, Joel translates complex data into compelling stories that guide marketing and organizational strategies.

Outside of work, he enjoys soaking in the summer sun, staying up to date on data and social analytics, and exploring new corners of Boston.
